Where can I buy your beers?

If you’re based in the UK you can buy our beer in can direct from our web shop brewyork.co.uk/shop. We are stocked in pubs, bars and bottle shop all over the UK so keep an eye out in your local venue or shop.

Where’s my order?

If you order before midday we aim to process your order and dispatch it the same day, our shipping partner usually deliver the next day (Monday to Friday deliveries). Once the order has been dispatched from Brew York, you will receive a tracking email from DHL. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order, if you are having further difficulties, then please email store@brewyork.co.uk.

In times where we have a special discount event on, such as Black Friday, please allow 48hrs in addition to allow us to process the high quantity of orders.

Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to all of the UK. There are various zones which are covered and at different rates, the main zone is all of England and Wales, then these post codes only in Scotland; DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16. AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3. Delivery to these areas is charged at £6 per order (unless free delivery has been applied). We can deliver to other areas of the UK at an additional cost which will be calculated at checkout. If you live outside this area or have any queries please email us at store@brewyork.co.uk and we will do our best to help you out.

Can I add another beer to my existing web shop order?

We cannot merge new orders with an existing order, we are a very small team and don’t have the ability to do this.

Can I order online and collect from the Brew York shop?

We do not offer a Click & Collect service.

How should I store my beer once I receive it?

All beers should be stored in the fridge, or a cold and dark storage area, until ready to drink. If drinking a dark beer we recommend you remove it from the fridge 30 minutes before drinking, so that the beer can come up to a warmer temperature to allow all the flavours to be enjoyed.

I have a discount code. How and where can this be used?

Discount codes can be used on our webshop and are applied at the checkout. Discount codes are not valid on any ‘sale’ products or beers which feature in our ‘limited’ category.

Do you have glassware for sale?

Yes! Our glassware can be found under the Merchandise section of our webshop.

Can I return my order?

We cannot offer refunds or returns on beer. However, if your product arrives damaged please contact store@brewyork.co.uk with details and photos of your damaged beer.

Do you have a Tap Room?

We currently have venues in York City Centre, Osbaldwick, Pocklington and Leeds. Our York venue consists of the Beer Hall and Tap Room and Handley Tap at Osbaldwick is open weekends on site at our state-of-the-art main production facility. All details of our venues can be found on the Venues page.

Do you do brewery tours?

Our brewery tours are currently running every Friday and Saturday at our Walmgate brewery that resides next to our York city centre Tap Room. For more information on our brewery tours please visit: brewyork.co.uk/book-a-brewery-tour

Do you serve food at your venues?

Yes! All our venues have kitchens, and our kitchens are currently run by Yuzu Street Food. They serve up awesome Asian-inspired street food that pairs perfectly with our beer. View Yuzu Street Food’s current food menu here: yuzustreetfood.com

Can I book a table?

You do not need to book a table to visit us. However if you want to hire a space out for private parties or reserve tables for bigger bookings (10+), please email bars@brewyork.co.uk.

Do you allow children and dogs into your venues?

Children under 18 years old must leave the all our premises by 20:00. Well-behaved dogs are very much welcome always!

Do you have a code of conduct?

Yes we do, and we review it regularly. Brew York is committed to keeping others safe from all kinds of harm caused by negative behaviour and experiences across all of our venues and other interactions with our brand.
