Mosaic Valley is the first in our new Hop Valley series, showcasing the hops we personally selected during our visit to the Yakima Valley hop harvest in the USA.

The Nine Realms Ale Series is a limited-edition collection celebrating Brew York’s nine-year journey, featuring unique beers inspired by the Nine Realms of Norse mythology.

In collaboration with Siren Craft Brew, we present Hel’s Hounds — a Red IPA channelling the cold, mist-shrouded realm of Helheim. Its deep caramel malt backbone and sharp hop character echo the realm’s dark allure, delivering a bold, balanced beer worthy of the underworld.
