Bourbon S’mores Barrel-Aged Empress Tonkoko is aged in a luxurious blend of Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Jim Beam barrels. These renowned casks impart layers of rich oak, molasses, and caramelised sugars, perfectly complementing its velvety base. Enhanced with soft marshmallows and a biscuity foundation, this beer captures the essence of a decadent campfire dessert in every sip.

Rum Barrel-Aged Empress Tonkoko is matured in barrels chosen for their rich oak character, as well as notes of vanilla and

HYG

Marshmallow & Chocolate Imperial Stout | 8.5% | 440ml

HYG is a rebrew of a beer we cannot mention, originally made in tribute to a film that wasn’t made 40 years ago which we also cannot mention, based on the flavours of a chocolate bar we also probably shouldn’t mention.

Those flavours are of course indulgent chocolate, creamy caramel and mouthwatering marshmallow all rammed into a thick and creamy milk stout.
