The Mitre offers a great range of locally brewed Yorkshire craft beers across 8 keg and 6 cask lines. These generally include a wide range of pale ales, stouts, blondes, sours and IPAs. We’ll always have Brew York’s Signature range favourites pouring, and their limited new releases will pour here, too.

In addition to our delicious craft beer, The Mitre has an impressive selection of speciality cocktails, carefully curated wines, top-shelf spirits, and refreshing soft drinks. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail or a unique concoction, you’ll find something to suit your taste buds.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN?
Under-18s are very welcome to join us until 8pm when accompanied by an adult.
Baby changing facilities are available. Please feel free to bring your own baby food/ milk etc. We do not have facilities to warm it for you but can provide hot water for you to do so if required. We are breastfeeding friendly.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
The main bar and downstairs restaurant are wheelchair accessible and both offer level access with accessible toilets. Access to both is via separate external entrances. Unfortunately the guest bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are not accessible as the venue does not have a lift.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Many of our beers are gluten-free and/ or vegan. Alternative drinks are also available, such as cider and wine. Please ask our bar staff for more details.
We aim to ensure our street food partners cater to a range of dietary requirements. Please check directly with them when you arrive regarding any specific queries.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
There is no parking at this venue, sorry. There is on street disc parking close by.
CAN I HAVE MY EVENT HERE?
We’ve got two excellent private hire spaces - get in touch for more. We’ll also accept table bookings for large groups.
