Refund Policy – Brew York Ltd

Specific to our online ordering app (Hospitality Venues)
On our online ordering app, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.

1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please make your way to the bar and speak to a member of the bar team before they commence pouring your drinks / preparing your food . After this period, we may not be able to process your cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
– An incorrect item was delivered.
– The item was damaged or faulty upon arrival.
– You did not receive your order within the estimated delivery time due to our error.

3. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please speak to a member of the bar team or contact our customer service team via email info@brewyork.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and details about the issue.

4. Processing a Refund: Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we do not offer refunds for:
– Change of mind.
– Perishable items once they have been delivered.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our app or website.
