This rum is inspired by our iconic and award-winning beer Tonkoko, a milk stout made with hand-toasted coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla and Tonka beans.

Tonka & Coconut Rum is made with an imported cane rum from French Guyana. It is then re-distilled with a unique recipe of range peel, Tonka bean, sarsaparilla root, Hawthorne berries, Szechuan pepper and dried coconut botanicals. A finishing touch of a homemade coconut syrup deliver this full-flavoured rum, rich with creamy coconut and vanilla notes.
