A special bespoke blend to match perfectly alongside the ever-popular Tonkoko milk stout from Brew York.
Consisting of four single origin coffees all grown at high altitudes, the Brazilian and Colombian washed-process coffee beans provide a lovely chocolatey biscuit base for a smooth, silky mouth feel and a full body. The washed-process coffee from El Salvador and a special natural-process Ugandan coffee both bring pizazz and funky notes to the blend, reminiscent of rich red wine and dark cherries.
Blended together this coffee works great as a black filter coffee or additionally in milk based espresso drinks for something a little different.
