Full job description
Collecting glasses and removing any other debris from tables, leaving all areas as tidy as possible
Supporting the cleanliness and presentation of the venue by sanitising tables and bar fronts, completing regular toilet checks, and carrying out spot sweeps
Safely loading glassware into the glass washer and returning clean glasses to the correct shelves ready for service
Dealing with any breakages promptly and disposing of them safely in line with venue procedures
Carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Duty Manager when required (e.g. replenishing ice on the back bar)
