We’re looking for a Barista / Café Team Member to join our team at Goole Market Hall, serving great coffee and helping to keep our café running smoothly day to day.
You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers, from preparing consistently great coffee to keeping the café looking its best.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- ☕ Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages
- 🎯 Maintaining consistency across drink quality, presentation and service
- 😊 Providing friendly, welcoming and attentive customer service
- 🔑 Completing daily opening and closing procedures
- 🧼 Keeping the café, coffee machine, equipment and seating areas clean and well presented
- ✅ Following food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards
- 🤝 Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Previous barista experience is preferred, but we’re also looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about great customer service.
