It would be hard to not know about the proliferation of plastic in today’s world, it is rightfully shown at length on many nature programs and it can be seen in the news too. Images of creatures struggling to survive whilst wrapped in plastic or after ingesting such items are now as commonplace as the very stuff that causes the issue. We came together with The Beer Company, a marketing & logistics for the UK craft beer industry, to try and give something back.
In collaboration with the Project Biodiversity organisation we came up with a beer to promote the issues faced by Sea Turtles and the impact that plastic has on them. The beer would be sold in numerous venues in the M& B chain and also by ourselves, with £5 per cask sold and 10p per can bought being donated to the Project Biodiversity organisation to help them conserve and protect the endangered Sea Turtle.
Turtle Peach is a light, easily drinkable blonde ale with Herkules, Brewers Gold, Citra and Sumit hop. Brewed to 4.4% it’s a great drink for the spring that will hopefully be just around the corner. Available in the webshop and in many M & B bars around the country.
Go on, help the Turtles.
