Spicy & Creamy miso pork, chicken broth with extra chicken fat, Szechuan pepper, peanut dust, chilli oil, spring onion, smoked butter bomb, pak choi, chives, spiced pork mince and buckwheat noodles
Thai inspired coconut and lemongrass broth served with pak choi, basil chive oil,ginger, crispy lime leaf, chilli oil, chilli and ginger tofu cakes, charred corn and buckwheat noodles.
