Northern Monk – Patrons Project 15:02 Farewell Tangerina
Fruited Sour Ale. For the second in Northern Monk’s series of Patron collaborations with Lucy Ketchin, they showcase the fruit Lucy herself was most eager for them to work with – tangerine. Pilsner malt, flaked oats, kettle-soured wort and El Dorado hopped two ways, combine with lactose, vanilla, and lots and lots of pureed tangerines.
