To celebrate ten years of challenging convention, Brew York’s 10th Birthday Series brings together ten international collaborators, each paired with a cultural figure whose work helped reshape creativity, craft, and culture.

Introducing Hop Collider, brewed in collaboration with To Øl — a West Coast IPA inspired by pioneering Danish physicist Niels Bohr. In Denmark, Bohr transformed our understanding of the atomic world, challenging scientific
convention and laying the foundations for modern physics. Crisp, bold, and resolutely classic, this West Coast IPA delivers bright citrus, dank hop character, and resinous pine, finishing clean with a confident bitterness.
