We’ve been brewing craft beer in the City for close to 10 years. Come and visit for, what we believe is, the best range of craft beer in the region. We’re in the city centre, on the outskirts and also further afield.

Our flagship Brew York venue. This is where we first started brewing, and today you can get up close and personal with the brewing vessels.
Downstairs: Brewery taproom with exposed brick walls and some funky murals. Six cask hand-pulls and ten keg taps that pour all kinds of fresh Brew York beer.
Upstairs: A Bavarian-style Beer Hall with 40 beer taps and the biggest selection of beers, lagers, and ciders in York and the surrounding area. Our open kitchen serves up some wicked Asian-inspired dishes from YUZU Street Food, and we’ve got a quiz in the Beer Hall every Sunday!

YORK EAST - OSBALDWICK

Handley Tap is in Osbaldwick, just outside of bustling York city centre if you’re looking to avoid the crowds. This taproom is situated at our state-of-the-art production facility, so our beers don’t need to travel at all and are about as fresh as you’ll find!

YORK NORTH - OLD GREY MARE INN

The Old Grey Mare is a leisurely 15 minutes stroll to the City Centre along tree-lined streets with view of York's greatest landmark, the Minster, appearing over the city walls as you get closer
