Wednesday No Rules Steak Night

Alternative and experimental steak night bringing you the finest steaks around with that No Rules twist that only the guys in the born To Lose Kitchen can do. It’s not even just for meat eaters either as a special vegan meal is available too! These are sample menus and are subject to slight change depending on freshly sourced ingredients.

Nori Sirloin

8oz Nori glazed sirloin served medium rare with harissa sweet potato, bone marrow hollandaise, cured egg yolk, watercress, truffle and Parmesan.

No Rules Sirloin

8oz umami glazed sirloin served medium rare with Nori and miso seasoned fries, egg yolk, Korean pepper sauce, watercress, truffle and Parmesan.

Sesame Coated Rump of Beef
Sesame coated and soy infused roast rump of beef, served pink.

Veggie Mains

Vegan Haggis Bake(v)
House vegan haggis, topped with panko, fried onion and sesame seasoning.

Seasonal roast veg roots, with garlic, fresh herbs and house gremolata.
Sesame Fried Kale (V)
Japanese style fried green kale, with toasted sesame and fried garlic.
Truffle Cauliflour Cheese Gratan (V)
Home style white truffle infused cheese sauce, served on blackened cauliflour and crispy fried mushroom topped with panko crumb and grated parmesan.
Five Spice Roast Potatoes (V)
Five spice coated roast potatoes with a nori seasoning.
Pan Sauce
Soy infused beef dripping pan sauce or,
Vegan soy and marmite infused pan sauce.
